Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your equipment must be in the same exact condition that you received it, unused, unaltered, and securely packed in its original packaging or freight crating. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at rsdias@gmail.com. Please note that buyers are strictly responsible for all return logistics, rigging, and freight shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your instrumentation immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the item is damaged in transit, or if you receive the incorrect model, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, custom-configured systems, specialized software licenses, or items explicitly marked as "For Parts / Non-Functional" in the product listing. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received, re-tested, and inspected your returned equipment to confirm its condition, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
