Shipping policy

Domestic Freight & Crating:
We specialize in the secure transit of high-end scientific instruments. Heavy, sensitive, or fragile analytical systems are professionally palleted, strapped, and crated. Freight shipping charges are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately based on destination and delivery requirements (dock-to-dock vs. liftgate service). 

International Orders:
We offer international export services. Buyers are entirely responsible for all customs clearance, duties, import taxes, and local brokerage fees. 

Handling Time:
Orders generally ship within 3–5 business days to allow for comprehensive secure packing, custom crating, and freight scheduling.
