For sale is a fully equipped, bench-tested Nikon Eclipse TE2000-U Inverted Research Microscope. This configuration is built for tissue culture, cell biology, and live-cell fluorescence microscopy.
Unlike older arc lamp setups that require hazardous mercury bulbs, this system includes a solid-state Lumencor SOLA SE light engine connected via a dedicated liquid light guide. It provides broad-spectrum high-intensity excitation instantly with zero warm-up time.
Verified Operational: Transmitted halogen tower, Lumencor SOLA illumination, optical routing, coaxial focus drives, filter carousel, and mechanical XY stage movements have all been tested and function smoothly.
